Sam has over 20 years of investment management experience and is focused on socially responsible investing. He is the Founder & CEO of Trinity Fiduciary Partners, LLC. Prior to forming Trinity in 2005, Sam was a financial adviser with Ameriprise Financial Planning from 1995 to 2004. His goal of merging values with investment analysis led to the creation of the FFV Scorecard® which is a screening tool used by institutional clients and other entities.
He holds a B.B.A. from Baylor University.
Sam and his wife Cara have three children. Sam has been a Cub Scout leader for over five years and volunteers with the hospitality ministry at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church. Sam is a native Texan and loves hunting and fishing. He always seems to radiate energy and has a self-deprecating sense of humor.
Tom has been a financial advisor since 2000. He has always had a passion for socially responsible investing and educating clients on this topic.
After living in the San Francisco Bay Area for 46 years, he recently relocated his family to the Dallas-Fort Worth area in 2017. They are slowly making the transition to becoming Texans. He is a Third Degree member of the Knights of Columbus. Also, being close to his family is of utmost importance to Tom. He and his wife, Jacqui, were married in 1999 and have nine children.
Tom earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Holy Names University in Oakland, CA in 1986.
Dan is a fixed income portfolio manager and has over 25 years of experience in the asset management industry. He joined IWP Capital in August 2016. He was a vice president for investment capability management at Fidelity Investments from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, he has served as chief operating officer of Camden Asset Management, chief investment officer at ASB Capital Management and as portfolio manager at both Bank of America Capital Management and at JP Morgan Investment Management.
Dan graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics. He earned an M.B.A. from Fordham University. Dan has three children and has been a volunteer faith formation teacher. He has a passion for golf and loves cooking and good food.
Director of Research
Nathan is a recent graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) with a B.A. in Finance. He has worked for IWP Capital for th3 years and is an integral part of our screening research and product development.
Nathan has a passion for developing new screening capabilities and is a knowledgeable source for Socially Responsible Investing applications. He is an integral part of the research team.
He is very active in his community volunteering his time at his local parish and other philanthropic causes. He served as Vice President of the award-winning Sigma Chi Fraternity at UTA and a UTA College of Business Senator representing over 2,900 students.
Director of Marketing
Cara is married to Founder and CEO, Sam Saladino. She has been instrumental from the beginning to the success of Trinity Fiduciary Partners. Now that their three children are in school full time, Cara has joined the team on a regular basis.
Cara graduated Suma Cum Laude from Texas Christian University in 2001, with a Bachelor of Science Degree. She enjoying singing in Choro di Pace at St. Maria Goretti Church, baking, sewing, running and spending time with her family.
