Since 1990, Walt has helped a nationwide network of non-profit and faith-based borrowers design, structure, and complete tax-exempt and taxable financings. These 150+ transactions, which total more than $1 billion, have financed schools, health care facilities, affordable housing communities, churches, and many other worthy projects.

Walt graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Economics and from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he received an MBA. Walt then worked for 4 years in the Investment Banking Department at Salomon Brothers. Walt is currently a board member at Arrupe Jesuit High School and at Mullen High School and is a member of the Archdiocese of Denver Finance Council and the Investment Committee of the Catholic Foundation of Northern Colorado as well as the Chairman of the Project Financing Review Committee of the Archdiocese of Denver. Walt is also the past Chairman of Mercy Housing Colorado (Colorado’s largest developer of low-income housing), Safe House Denver (Denver County’s only domestic violence shelter), and Donor Alliance (the organ and tissue bank for Colorado and Wyoming).

Kol Estreicher

Regional Vice President, ETF RIA Channel - West

Kol joined VanEck in 2014.  He is the ETF Specialist responsible for the West territory covering the Registered Investment Advisor channel for the VanEck Vectors exchange-traded funds.  Some of his earlier career experience is as Director of ETF Execution Services with Wolverine Execution Services and as a Vice President with UBS. 

Kol received a BS in Finance from Trinity University.

Michael Fardy

National Sales Manager

Mike is National Sales Manager for the FlexShares Exchange Traded Funds Group.  He is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience distributing investment solutions though financial intermediaries.  Some of Mike’s responsibilities include collaborating with targeted clients, sales management, distribution strategy and brand and product management.

Mike has worked in the ETF industry for over 10 years, in business development, national accounts, and most recently with an ETF Strategist. Mike graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in Economics, and also holds the CIMA and CPM designations. Mike and his family live in the Boston area.

Daniel Ingram

Vice President, Responsible Investment Research and Consulting

Based in Wilshire’s Santa Monica office in California, Daniel helps institutional asset owners such as retirement plans, endowments and foundations, to protect and enhance long-term capital by integrating Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) risks and opportunities into investment decisions. Daniel provides holistic ESG investment advice by facilitating educational workshops, designing policies and guidelines, sourcing best in class investment strategies and conducting portfolio analysis to measure ESG and stewardship outcomes. He is the Chair of Wilshire’s ESG Committee and a member of the firm’s Research Group.

Prior to joining Wilshire in 2017, Daniel worked in-house as the Head of the Responsible Investment for the BT Pension Scheme, the UK’s largest corporate defined benefit plan. Previously, he worked at Hermes Investment Management as a senior corporate governance analyst and as a policy analyst at Her Majesty’s Treasury on a number of high profile reviews including the Stern Review of the Economics of Climate Change.

Daniel earned an MA from Trinity College Dublin in Ireland in Philosophy and Political Science. He holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Leadership from the University of Cambridge and the UK CFA institute’s Investment Management Certificate.

Alex Laipple

Head of Business Development & Impact Investing

Alex is the Head of Business Development and Impact Investing at Neighborly Corporation.  He is responsible for crafting the firms investor relations strategy, managing strategic partnerships and created Neighborly's impact investing thought leadership program Know Your Impact.  He has been featured in variety of advisory publications including Investment news, Impact Alpha, Wealth Management and ThinkAdvisor. 

Alex is a graduate of Monmouth University in New Jersey and currently resides in River Edge, NJ with his wife Meghan and two daughters, Ruthie and Charlotte.


Matthew Lockridge

Matt joined Westwood in 2010, serves as a Portfolio Manager and is responsible for investment research in the Consumer Discretionary and Staples sectors.  He is also a member of the Consumer / Health Care research group.

He began his career at Arthur Andersen, LLP within their Chicago consulting practice.  He served as a Senior Consultant with Deloitte Consulting, LLP where he assisted clients with various corporate finance and accounting issues.  Matt then serve as a Managing Director and Partner at Dearborn Partners, LLC where he was a member of the firm's investment committee and oversaw all investments in the consumer and industrials sectors.

Matt earned his MBA with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business and his BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University.

Bill McCalpin

Bill leads Athena’s impact investing practice.  In this role, he coordinates with members of the research, portfolio management, operations, and business development teams to enhance the firm’s impact investment services and offer Athena’s capabilities to a growing client base.

Prior to joining Athena, he was Chief Executive Officer of Imprint Capital Advisors, an impact investing firm that Goldman Sachs Asset Management acquired in 2015.  Through a period of over 20 years, Bill served in several different capacities in two private grantmaking foundations: the Rockefeller Brothers Fund and the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation.

Bill is the independent chairman of the board of trustees of the JanusHenderson funds, a family of more than 60 mutual funds with approximately $135 billion in assets, that are offered to retail and institutional investors in the U.S. He is also the independent chairman of the mutual funds, with assets totaling $4 billion, that are offered by The Investment Fund for Foundations (TIFF) Investment Program.  Bill is also a director of the F.B. Heron Foundation and the Mutual Fund Directors Forum. He received a B.A. in economics from Williams College and a J.D. from Boston College Law School. 

Mike Ricci

Prior to joining the Catholic Community Foundation, Mike served for 20 years as a Principal and Partner for a $500 million wealth management firm in Minneapolis, MN.  He received his Certified Financial Planner® degree in 1989 and obtained his Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® designation in 2016.  He donates time to the Bigelow Foundation as a member of their investment committee.  He also volunteers at his parish, St. Jude of the Lake in Mahtomedi, MN, where he has served as a lector, co-chair of a successful capital campaign, and a member of their finance council.

Mike grew up in a good Catholic family in central Minnesota and attended St. John's University of Collegeville, MN obtaining a BA in History.  He is happily married for 33 years to his high school sweetheart and best friend, Connie, and they have 4 great children--all of which have attended Catholic grade schools, high schools and universities.

Duane joined Dana Investment Advisors in June 1999 and is currently Director of Equities and an equity Portfolio Manager.

Duane graduated from Rice University with a BS in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics in 1980. He earned an MS in Statistics from Stanford University in 1981 and an MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University in 1999. Duane CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Dallas-Fort Worth.

Steve Rosenbaum

In his position as a Regional Director with FS Investments, Steve nurtures business relationships with Registered Investment Advisors and Broker-Dealers throughout North Texas and Oklahoma. 

His 25 years of experience in the financial services business encompasses tenured stays with The Integrity Companies, Steadfast and Ameriprise.  Steve is one of the original senior wholesalers who significantly contributed to the building of the Franklin Square brand.

Mr. Rosenbaum holds a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and an MBA from the University of Dallas.  He is actively engaged in his church and community and spends most weekends at his hunting ranch in Jacksboro, Texas.  Steve and his wife Pamela have two children, Dane and Darby.  Dane attends Baylor University and Darby is a high school student at Faith Christian Academy in Grapevine, Texas. 

Martha Strebinger, CFA

Martha is responsible for assisting in the continued evolution of Parametric’s Responsible Investing and Custom Core strategies. Prior to joining Parametric in 2016, Martha worked at Truepoint Wealth Counsel in Cincinnati, Ohio as an Investment Specialist. Prior to Truepoint, she worked in Boston at Wellington Management Company and Grantham, Mayo, and Van Otterloo (GMO).

She earned a B.S. in Human Biology, Health & Society from Cornell University. She is a CFA® charterholder.

David Wells

Product Manager

David serves as the Product Manager for Angel Oak Capital. Since inception of the firm, David has had many responsibilities including portfolio management, trading, and most recently marketing.

David has over 15 years of fixed income trading and portfolio management experience. Prior to Angel Oak, David worked at SunTrust securitizing commercial mortgage loans and managing the banks $500 million commercial conduit loan warehouse. Prior to that, he spent six years managing a $3 billion commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and $10 billion agency mortgage pass though position of the bank’s investment portfolio. He also served as the Head Analyst for the bank portfolio specializing in asset-backed securities, CMBS, and residential mortgage-backed securities.

David holds a B.B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Georgia and a M.B.A. from Mercer University.

Martin Wildy, CFA

Martin serves as Portfolio Manager of Eventide’s Multi-Asset Income Fund and the Eventide Global Dividend Opportunities Fund.

Prior to joining Eventide in 2015, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager with Aris Wealth Services, a division of AssetMark, Inc. where he worked since September 2006. Previously, he was an equity analyst at 1620 Investment Advisors, Inc. where he was responsible for equity research and recommendations primarily within the telecommunication, technology, and regional banking sectors.

Martin holds a bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University in Finance and has held the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation since 2003. In addition to his role at Eventide, he is an active volunteer and consultant with the CFA Institute supporting the CFA examination process as well as the CFA Digest publication.
