Sam Saladino is the Founder and President of IWP Capital, LLC. In 2011, Sam founded IWP to offer specialized screening, proxy voting, and research services for Catholic and faith-based clients. Additionally, as the founder of Trinity Investment Management, LLC, he has over 20 years of investment management experience and is a recognized leader in faith-based investing.

Prior to founding IWP, Sam was a financial advisor with Ameriprise Financial Planning from 1995 to 2004. In addition to his work, he has  served extensively on leadership committees at Catholic institutions, including the Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth, Nolan Catholic High School, St. Maria Goretti Catholic School, and Legatus.

Sam graduated from Baylor University with a B.B.A. in Financial Planning and is a designated Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
